颌下腺是表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）的主要分泌器官。本实验应用流式细胞术对大鼠切除颌下腺后３０和４８天的睾丸生精细胞ＤＮＡ含量进行了分析。结果表明：切除颌下腺４８天时，１Ｃ细胞群（精子细胞和精子）比例明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），平均减少１２．２２％，３０天和４８天时２Ｃ细胞群（精原细胞和次级精母细胞等）比例明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），平均增加１４．３９％和２９．３１％，切除颌下腺３０天时对４Ｃ细胞群（初级精母细胞）的比例影响不大，但４８天时４Ｃ细胞群明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）。同时ＰＩ值明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示切除颌下腺后导致体内ＥＧＦ缺乏，可影响生精过程中的多个阶段并延缓生精细胞的增殖。
The submandibular gland is the major secretory organ of epidermal growth factor (EGF). In this study, the DNA content of testicular spermatogenic cells at 30 and 48 days after excision of the submandibular gland in rats was analyzed by flow cytometry.
