中层干部队伍的素质和能力直接关系到高职院校的科学发展,创新中层干部绩效评价机制是促进中层干部自身发展的有效途径。积极构建基于部门绩效考核的高职院校中层干部绩效考核评价机制,并结合盐城工业职业技术学院的实践探索,为新形势下高职院校人事制度深化改革和干部选拔任用提供支持。
The quality and ability of middle-level cadre ranks are directly related to the scientific development of higher vocational colleges. Innovative middle-level cadre performance evaluation mechanism is an effective way to promote the development of middle-level cadres themselves. Actively build a mid-level cadre’s performance appraisal and evaluation mechanism based on departmental performance appraisal, and combine with the practice of Yancheng Industrial Vocational and Technical College to provide support for deepening the reform of personnel system and selecting and appointing cadres in higher vocational colleges in the new situation.
