中国著名特殊教育专家银春铭认为:“所谓随班就读应该理解为把弱智儿童安排在普通班中,由教师们在教学教育工作上给以特别的对待和帮助,使他们学有所得。如果仅仅把这类学生编在普通班,而没有特殊的教育措施跟上,那只是随班混读。他们混到头来不但一无所获,反而使其身心障碍进一步加剧”。我市随班就读工作自开展以来取得了一定的进步,但是,在很多学校,随班就读和“随班混读”是同一术语,如果这种现象持续下去,那么
