目的:优选还阳参总酚酸的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验基础上,采用星点设计-效应面法,选取乙醇体积分数、提取时间和溶剂倍量为自变量,还阳参总酚酸的提取量为因变量,对自变量各水平进行多元线性回归和二项式拟合,选择较佳工艺条件,并进行预测分析。采用紫外分光光度法测定总酚酸含量。结果:还阳参总酚酸的最佳提取工艺为加35倍量70%乙醇提取3次,每次50 min。预测值与理论值的偏差-2.28%,二项式拟合复相关系数0.939 6。结论:采用星点设计-效应面法优选的提取工艺稳定可行、精密度高、可预测性好,适用于还阳参总酚酸的提取。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total phenolic acids of Radix. Methods: On the basis of single factor experiment, the star point design-response surface method was used to select the volume fraction of ethanol, extraction time and solvent fold as independent variables, The level of multiple linear regression and binomial fit, select the better process conditions, and make predictive analysis. Determination of total phenolic acids by UV spectrophotometry. Results: The optimum extraction process of total phenolic acids in ginseng was extracting 35 times with 70% ethanol for 3 times for 50 minutes. The deviation between predicted and theoretical value was -2.28%, and the binomial fitted complex correlation coefficient was 0.939 6. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process by star-point design-response surface method is stable and feasible, with high precision and good predictability. It is suitable for the extraction of total phenolic acids from the sun-dried ginseng.
