黄河下游的游荡性河段是现阶段防洪的重要河段,有计划地进行河道整治是延长现行河道寿命的主要措施。过渡性河段及部分游荡性河段的整治实践表明,黄河下游游荡性河段可以进行以防洪为主要目的的微弯形整治,工程的布设应满足排洪及宽滩区滞洪沉沙的要求。小流底水利枢纽将于2000年建成,可为游荡性河段赢得20年左右的冲淤平衡时间,应抓住有利时机积极进行整治。
The wandering reach at the lower reaches of the Yellow River is an important section of flood control at this stage. The planned river remediation is the main measure to extend the current life of the existing rivers. The practice of transitional section and partial wandering section shows that the small intertwined regulation with the main purpose of flood control can be carried out in the wandering reach of the lower Yellow River. The layout of the project should meet the requirements of flood discharge and sand-settling in wide beach area . Small flow bottom water control project will be completed in 2000, which can win the erosion and silting balance time of about 20 years for the wandering reach, and should seize the favorable opportunity to conduct remediation actively.
