成就式自主学习法以自主学习为理论,以后方法为方法论,研究学习者双重学习意识间的共同作用,即教者角色学习意识和学生角色学习意识。该方法提出:让学生换位思考,从教者的角度,在准备教会他人的过程中获得学习的方法从而帮助学生进行自主学习。研究得出结论:教会学生建立潜意识记忆点的方法(后简:建树记忆点),让学生换位思考参与教学,不仅能够使学生在被肯定中进行更好的学习,同时,使用该方法的教师在设置和引导学生的教学过程中,其自身也进行不断自主学习。鼓励学生树立自信心是该方法的基本理念,培养创造性思维是其最高宗旨。该方法十分适用于零起点、初级阶段的汉语学习。它可以使教师和学生在共同的教学活动中达到更接近自主学习的境界。
