本文介绍了实时观察方法研究CdI_2晶体的水溶液生长的实验系统和实验结果。通过对CdI_2晶体的螺位错生长过程中,台阶运动过程及台阶稳定性的实时观察研究,得出台阶运动也存在着伯格效应的结论。在晶体生长的台阶列中,台阶的高度相对比较低,台阶列的间距比较大,定量的测量结果表明,在过饱和度较小的条件下,CdI_2晶体的生长蜷线中,台阶列的间距和溶液的过饱和度成反比关系(d∝1/σ)。在不同过饱和度条件下,晶体生长有着不同的生长机制,实验过程中测出了CdI_2晶体生长的两临界过饱和度σ ̄*,σ ̄(**)。
In this paper, we introduce the experimental system and experimental results of the real-time observation of CdI 2 crystals in aqueous solution. Through the real-time observational study of step motion and step stability during the dislocation growth of CdI 2 crystals, it is concluded that the Berg motion also exists in step motion. In the step sequence of crystal growth, the height of the step is relatively low and the distance between the step rows is relatively large. The quantitative measurement results show that in the case of the supersaturation, the pitch of the step columns in the growth curl of the CdI 2 crystal, Is inversely proportional to the supersaturation of the solution (dα1 / σ). Under different supersaturation conditions, the crystal growth has different growth mechanism. During the experiment, two critical supersaturation σ ~ *, σ¯ (* *) of CdI_2 crystal growth were measured.
