在知识经济和全球化的竞争格局下,核心竞争力成为构筑企业竞争优势、赢得市场的最主要力量,发展企业核心竞争力成为市场竞争成败的重要因素。企业核心竞争力理论已经成为分析企业有效竞争和成长的重要工具。人力资源作为主导企业竞争优势的核心资源,构成企业独特的核心竞争力,人力资源管理是获取企业核心竞争力的重要途径。本文通过论述人力资源开发管理与提升企业核心竞争力之间的关系,得出了一些值得借鉴的结论和措施。
Under the competitive economy of knowledge economy and globalization, core competitiveness has become the most important force for building the competitive advantage of enterprises and winning the market. The development of the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an important factor in the market competition. The theory of enterprise’s core competence has become an important tool for analyzing the effective competition and growth of enterprises. As a core resource that dominates the competitive advantage of enterprises, human resources constitute the unique core competitiveness of enterprises and human resources management is an important way to obtain the core competitiveness of enterprises. This essay draws some conclusions and measures that we should learn from by discussing the relationship between human resources development and management and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
