为了深入分析上海市公共建筑能耗现状,本文以上海市大型商业建筑和酒店建筑能源消费调研数据为例,结合上海市公共建筑能耗基准线,对上海市公共建筑能源消费特征及其水平进行分析。结果表明,2012~2014年上海市大型商业建筑和酒店建筑单位建筑年综合能耗呈下降趋势,建筑逐月耗电量与季节变化之间存在密切的相关性。在终端能源消费结构方面,电力是上海市公共建筑主要消费的能源类型,且呈现总量下降而比例上升的趋势,天然气消费总量和比例呈逐年上升的趋势。空调系统能耗在整个建筑分用途能耗中的占比最高,且均依赖电力供能。参照上海市公共建筑能耗基准线,部分公共建筑具有一定节能潜力。
In order to deeply analyze the present situation of energy consumption of public buildings in Shanghai, this paper takes the survey data of energy consumption of large-scale commercial buildings and hotels in Shanghai as an example. Combining with the benchmark of energy consumption of public buildings in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the characteristics and levels of energy consumption of public buildings in Shanghai analysis. The results show that the comprehensive annual energy consumption of large-scale commercial buildings and hotel construction units in Shanghai from 2012 to 2014 shows a downward trend, and there is a close correlation between monthly electricity consumption and seasonal changes. In terms of the terminal energy consumption structure, electricity is the main type of energy consumed by public buildings in Shanghai and shows a decreasing proportion with a rise in the total amount of natural gas consumption. The total amount and proportion of natural gas consumption have been increasing year by year. Air conditioning system energy consumption in the construction of the highest share of energy consumption, and are dependent on electricity supply. With reference to the energy consumption baseline of public buildings in Shanghai, some public buildings have some potential for energy saving.
