本文通过硅锰系列低合金铸钢(277SiMn、40Si2Mn)代高锰钢制造拖拉机履带板的初步试验表明:硅锰系列低合金铸钢经淬火、回火其抗拉强度,小能量多冲抗力均优于高锰钢,其履带板实物的拉伸强度、弯曲强度均不低于高锰钢履带板。新钢种履带板进行了装车试验,运转时间有的已超过1600小时,从现有的运转考核表明,新钢种履带板的耐磨性均大大优于高锰钢履带板,至今未发现断裂现象,效果良好。新钢种比高锰钢熔炼方便,浇注成型规则,热处理变形小;特别是硅、锰是我国富产元素,符合我国合金钢的发展方向。采用该钢种,在熔炼时可以用高中碳锰铁,解决了高锰钢履带板必需用低中碳锰铁来源问题。同时还可以节约90%锰铁,其成本可降低22%。所有这些优点,为拖拉机履带板材料代用提供了广阔的前景。
In this paper, a preliminary test of tractor track shoe made of high manganese steel with Si-Mn series low-alloy cast steel (277SiMn, 40Si2Mn) shows that the tensile strength and the multi-impact resistance of Si-Mn series low- Superior to high manganese steel, the tensile strength of the track shoe, bending strength are not lower than the high manganese steel track shoes. The use of the steel type, high-carbon carbon ferromanganese can be used in smelting, solves the high manganese steel crawler board with low-carbon ferromanganese source of the problem. At the same time can save 90% ferromanganese, the cost can be reduced by 22%. All of these advantages provide a promising future for tractor shoe material substitution.
