采用共沉淀法制备了钾霞石,用于催化豆油和甲醇酯化反应,在煅烧温度1200℃,得到单一的钾霞石物相.钾霞石表面多孔,孔径分布为0.2到1.0μm,有利于反应物分子的内扩散和接触活性位;同时对反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量以及催化剂Li含量进行了系统研究.反应温度120℃,醇油摩尔比12∶1,反应时间2 min,催化剂用量5%,生物柴油产率达19.8%.通过浸渍负载LiNO3的催化剂,其催化活性明显提高,相同条件下生物柴油产率达100%.固定床反应器数据显示该催化剂有较好的稳定性.
Potassium nepheline was prepared by coprecipitation, which was used to catalyze the esterification reaction of soybean oil and methanol. The calcination temperature was 1200 ℃, which gave a single kalkite phase. The surface of kernia was porous and the pore size distribution was 0.2-1.0μm. The reaction temperature, the reaction time, the amount of catalyst and the content of Li in the catalyst were studied systematically.The reaction temperature was 120 ℃, the molar ratio of alcohol to oil was 12:1, the reaction time was 2 min, the catalyst The amount of biodiesel was 5% and the yield of biodiesel was 19.8%. The catalytic activity of LiNO3 impregnated with LiNO3 was significantly increased under the same conditions with the yield of biodiesel being 100% .The data of fixed bed reactor showed that the catalyst has good stability .
