目的:探讨多药耐药基因(MDR1)在食管、贲门癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法:应用RT蛳PCR方法检测术前未用放、化疗的161例手术切除食管、贲门癌组织标本中的MDR1 mRNA。结果:MDR1 mRNA的阳性率为34.78 %(56/161),MDR1基因的表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、组织学类型、淋巴结转移及TNM分期等无关。结论:化疗前食管、贲门癌组织中MDR1基因即存在较高的表达率,且独立于病理形态学之外。对MDR1基因表达阳性者应合理选择化疗。
Objective: To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance gene (MDR1) in esophageal and gastric cardia carcinoma and its relationship with clinical pathology. Methods: RT PCR was used to detect the MDR1 mRNA in 161 cases of esophageal and gastric cardia cancerous specimens without using radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results: The positive rate of MDR1 mRNA was 34.78% (56/161). The expression of MDR1 gene was not related to age, sex, tumor size, depth of invasion, histological type, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. Conclusion: The MDR1 gene in esophagus and cardia cancer before chemotherapy has a high expression rate, which is independent of pathological morphology. The MDR1 gene expression should be a reasonable choice of chemotherapy.
