采用Super—SAP91结构有限元分析综合程序系统对Φ350mm短应力线轧机机架进行了三维有限元的强度和刚度分析,计算并分析了机架斜楔面不同倾斜角时的应力及变形的分布规律和数值。同时对应力集中影响最大的退刀槽圆弧进行了多组数值的有限元计算,为机架的改进设计提供了可靠的理论依据。
The strength and stiffness of the three-dimensional finite element model of Φ350mm short-stress line rolling mills were analyzed by Super-SAP91 structural finite element analysis system.
