看了《拼音》第3期陈越同志的《汉语拼音字母的排列次序问题》一文,我同意他的字母按ABCD……国际化形式排列(声韵母表仍可按BPMF……排列)的意见。但是我对他的新字母和双字母在字母表中的次序安排,有不同的意见。我是赞成汉音拼音方案(草案)修正建议第一式的(只是认为可以用q 代替ng;同时取消代用式■,这里只就双字母的安排谈谈我的意见。陈越同志的意见是把双字母作为独立的单个字
I read “Pinyin” No. 3 Comrade Chen Yue “Hanyu pinyin alphabetical order of arrangement” article, I agree with his letters ABCD ...... Internationalized arrangement (phonology dictionaries can still be arranged according to BPMF ......) Opinion . But I have different opinions about the arrangement of his new and double letters in the alphabet. I agree with the first version of the proposed amendment to the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet (draft) (I just think that q can be used instead of ng, and the alternative formula is used.)
