光谱仪,又称分光仪,是将成分复杂的光分解为光谱线的科学仪器,由棱镜或衍射光栅等构成。通过光谱仪对光信息的抓取,经照相底片显影或电脑化自动显示数值仪器的显示和分析,从而测知物品中含有何种元素。光谱仪是应用光学原理,对物质的结构和成分进行观测、分析和处理的基本设备,具有分析精度高、测量范围大、速度快和样品用量少等优点。因此,其被广泛应用于冶金、地质、石油化工、医药卫生、环境保护、资源勘测等众多方面。
