结合星用二次电源研制生产现状和产品特性,对产品管理模式进行了深入研究,将产品化工作由产品向组成产品的部组件进行延伸,从产品型谱规划、规范设计约束、元器件及原材料选用管理、生产流程优化、产品数据包管理、资源配置管理、产品升级换代及生产组织模式变革、专业化分工等方面提出了系统的解决方案并进行了实践,为部组件组批生产、产品半货架式管理奠定了基础,优化了二次电源产品生产组织模式,大幅缩减了生产准备时间,有效提高了产品成熟度和快速响应市场的能力,促进了二次电源产品的产业化转型。
