目的:考察注射用生长抑素于不同温度下在5种输液中的配伍稳定性。方法:将注射用生长抑素与不同输液混合,用高效液相色谱法测定在4℃,25℃,37℃条件下配伍前后生长抑素的含量,同时观察溶液的外观并测定pH。结果:稳定性与温度、时间以及溶媒有关,电解质影响其稳定性,4℃、25℃时,在5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液中,注射用生长抑素稳定性可保持8 h以上。结论:注射用生长抑素可与5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍使用,但不宜与含钾电解质溶液配伍。
Objective: To investigate the stability of compatibility of somatostatin for injection in five kinds of infusions at different temperatures. Methods: Somatostatin for injection was mixed with different infusion solutions. The content of somatostatin was determined by HPLC before and after compatibility at 4 ℃, 25 ℃ and 37 ℃. The appearance of solution and the determination of pH were also observed. Results: The stability was related to temperature, time and solvent. Electrolyte affected its stability. The stability of somatostatin for injection at 4 ℃ and 25 ℃ in 5% dextrose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection Can be maintained more than 8 h. Conclusion: Somatostatin for injection can be used in combination with 5% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection, but should not be used with potassium electrolyte solution.
