美国得克萨斯大学Kaplan医师等人通过补钾使高血压患者血压平均下降5.5mmHg。 16名舒张压在90～105mmHg范围±5mmHg的患者,其血清钾均低于35mmol/l。对这16名患者进行双盲交叉试验,每组分别用60mmol氯化钾/日或安慰剂周。
Kaplan, MD, PhD, University of Texas, and others, caused an average 5.5 mmHg drop in blood pressure in hypertensive patients. 16 patients with diastolic blood pressure in the range of 90 ~ 105mmHg ± 5mmHg, the serum potassium were less than 35mmol / l.
