采用电子束蒸发淀积WO3薄膜。根据已有的WO3薄膜脱水过程结论而选择适当温度对薄膜进行退火处理。在大量含水的和不含水的两类Li+电解质中进行比较性着色和消色循环实验,表明在290℃以下热退火处理能明显增加WO3薄膜在含水电解质中的循环寿命。而在无水电解中其电色性能并未受到损害。热处理膜在无水电解质中的消色速度随循环次数增加而变快。对实验结果给出了定性解释。
WO3 thin films were deposited by electron beam evaporation. According to the existing conclusion of WO3 film dehydration process, the film was annealed at the proper temperature. Comparative coloration and decolorization cycling experiments were carried out in a large number of aqueous and non-aqueous Li + electrolytes, indicating that thermal annealing below 290 ° C significantly increases the cycle life of WO3 thin films in aqueous electrolytes. In the absence of water electrolysis its color performance has not been compromised. The decoloration speed of the heat-treated film in the anhydrous electrolyte increases with the increase of the number of cycles. The experimental results give a qualitative explanation.
