我厂在加工如图1的冲头时,由于工件外徑很小,而技术要求很高,所以很难加工的精确。磨工老师傅吕銘清同志改进了一种簡單工具,用这工具在磨床上加工冲头,能够得到很好的效果。工具是由三个零件与三个螺釘組成(如图2)。1是指針;它的軸孔与冲头(件工)柄部滑动配合,并可用螺釘4固定。2是用半圓鉄板做成的分度盤,比冲头半徑大十倍以上。
