搞好国营大中型企业,是人们十分关注的热点经济问题。尽管这个问题在8年以前就已经提出,但是,8年的努力,问题并没有得到解决。相反,国营大中型企业的处境日趋恶化,亏损增加,效益滑坡……与近10年来异军突起的乡镇企业、私营企业和“三资”企业,形成显明的对比。如何正确分析这些经济现象?国营大中型企业怎样摆脱困境?本刊记者日前专访了我国著名经济学家、北京大学校长吴树青教授,请他就上述问题发表了意见。
