[目的]开发一种2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸的绿色合成新工艺,实现该产品生产的清洁化。[方法]采用先醚化后氯化工艺,以苯氧乙酸为起始原料,利用“氧化剂+氯化氢”为氯化剂,通过一步氯化取代反应,得到2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸产品。[结果]以O_2/盐酸为氯化剂、FeCl_3/POMs为催化剂,原料摩尔比为2.05∶1,反应温度40~50℃,反应60 min时,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸的总收率达到97%,产品含量大于98%。[结论]该工艺绿色清洁,条件温和,反应效率高,产品质量好,工艺稳定性好,适合产业化推广应用。
[Objective] The research aimed to develop a new green synthesis technology of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and realize the clean production of this product. [Method] The first etherification and chlorination process was used. Phenoxyacetic acid was used as the starting material and chlorinated by one-step chlorination using “oxidant + hydrogen chloride” as the chlorinating agent to obtain 2,4-dichlorophenoxy Acetic acid products. [Result] With the reaction of O_2 / hydrochloric acid as chlorinating agent and FeCl_3 / POMs as catalyst, the molar ratio of raw materials was 2.05:1, the reaction temperature was 40-50 ℃ and the reaction time was 60 min, the total yield of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid Rate of 97%, product content is greater than 98%. [Conclusion] The process was green and clean, mild conditions, high reaction efficiency, good product quality, good process stability, suitable for industrialization and application.
