眼下,在河北省栾城县农村,正兴起农民装电话热。去年以来,这个县农户电话装机量是前5年的6倍。越来越多的农民下海经商,他们在经营中感受到,仅靠业务员东奔西跑联系业务,不如使用电话省时间效益好。于是,部分经商农户捷足先登,第一批安装了自己的电话,并很快从中尝到了甜头。去年3月,油通村民唐喜子装机后,足不出户,通过电话联系到一批鲜橘。在当时货源紧张,不少厂家停工待料的情况下,既便宜购得原料,又解决了生产急需。
