分别采用高效液相色谱法和气相色谱法测定四川、浙江、福建这3个产地的金针菇多糖的分子量和单糖组成。结果是:这3种金针菇均有2种不同分子量的多糖,分子量较高在1064661~1293488u,分子量较低在19136~19829u;四川和浙江的金针菇分子量较高的多糖均含有5种单糖,分别是鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖,而福建的只含有4种多糖,缺少鼠李糖。
The molecular weight and monosaccharide composition of Flammulina velutipes polysaccharide in Sichuan, Zhejiang and Fujian were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography respectively. The results showed that the three kinds of Flammulina velutipes had two kinds of polysaccharides with different molecular weights, the molecular weight was higher from 1064661 to 1293488u and the molecular weight was lower from 19136 to 19829u. The polysaccharides with higher molecular weight of Flammulina velutipes in Sichuan and Zhejiang all contained five kinds of simple sugars, Is rhamnose, arabinose, mannose, glucose and galactose, whereas Fujian contains only 4 polysaccharides, lacking rhamnose.
