目的评价螺旋CT研究牙体形态的价值。方法应用螺旋CT扫描5个冠根测量值均在标准值范围内的上颌第一前磨牙,数字化保存图像。在诊断工作站上以AW4.0-05软件三维重建牙齿外形轮廓。然后利用牙科数字成像系统(RVG)拍摄离体牙颊舌向和近远中向的影像。比较三维重建牙齿与RVG影像在研究牙体内外形态时的优劣。结果螺旋CT能一次精确快速完成牙齿扫描,可三维观察并重建牙齿;螺旋CT影像更清晰反映牙体外形和内部根管形态。结论螺旋CT是一种较好的研究牙体形态的工具,具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To evaluate the value of helical CT in the study of dental morphology. Methods The spiral CT was used to scan the maxillary first premolar whose crown and coronal measurements were all within the standard range to digitally save the images. Reconstruction of dental contour with AW4.0-05 software on diagnostic workstation. Then use the Dental Digital Imaging System (RVG) to capture the bucco-buccal and near-mid-range images. The advantages and disadvantages of 3D reconstructed tooth and RVG imaging in studying the morphology of tooth body were compared. Results Spiral CT can complete the tooth scanning accurately and quickly, and can observe and reconstruct the tooth three-dimensionally. The spiral CT image can more clearly reflect the tooth contour and internal root canal morphology. Conclusion Spiral CT is a good tool for studying the morphology of tooth body and has broad application prospects.
