以200MN挤压机为研究对象,针对工作缸卸荷时的压力冲击问题,提出一种基于能量均匀释放原则的卸荷阀阀芯开启曲线。通过理论分析及公式推导,得到利用插装阀进行工作缸卸荷时的阀芯开启曲线,并利用AMES-IM软件对卸荷过程进行仿真,对比不同卸荷曲线的液压冲击情况。仿真结果表明:提出的卸荷曲线能够有效地提高工作缸卸荷过程的平稳性和快速性,对于实际应用具有理论指导意义。
Taking 200MN extruder as the research object, aiming at the problem of pressure shock when the cylinder unloading, a unloading valve spool opening curve based on the principle of uniform energy release was proposed. Through the theoretical analysis and formula derivation, the valve opening curve when the cylinder is unloaded by the cartridge valve is obtained, and the unloading process is simulated by using AMES-IM software to compare the hydraulic impact of different unloading curves. The simulation results show that the proposed unloading curve can effectively improve the stability and rapidity of the unloading process of the cylinder, which is of theoretical significance for practical application.
