目的 :研究恶性骨肿瘤与良性骨肿瘤病血浆因子相关抗原 ( R:Ag)含量的差异性。方法 :对门诊可疑病例 1 2 2例进行检测 R:Ag,采取盲法试验 ,将恶性肿瘤病组与良性肿瘤病对照组进行比较。结果 :恶性组血浆 R:Ag含量与良性肿瘤对照组间存在着非常显著差异。结论 :血浆 R:Ag检测对恶性骨肿瘤的诊断有参考意义
Objective: To study the difference of the content of plasma factor related antigen (R: Ag) between malignant bone tumor and benign bone tumor. Methods: A total of 122 cases of outpatient suspicious cases were tested for R: Ag. The blind test was used to compare the malignant tumor group with the benign tumor control group. Results: The plasma R: Ag level in malignant group was significantly different from that in benign tumor control group. Conclusion: The detection of plasma R: Ag has reference value for the diagnosis of malignant bone tumors
