L3N3575.04.84DBL6T型烧结机主抽风机,按计划停机检修发现非驱动端风机轴瓦损坏,更换后对中找正,风机无法正常启动。叶轮动平衡后启动风机,振动正常,7~8h后振动急剧上升。经过不断调整风门和废气温度,42h后又恢复正常。又运行五个月再次计划检修吹扫叶轮、紧固轴承座螺钉后,多次启车均因振速高跳闸。再进行动平衡,启动风机振速正常,运行7~8h后振速急剧上升,不断调整风门和废气温度后,又自动恢复正常。这一现象如何解释呢?从对中找正、动平衡、联轴器端面间隙调整的误区中可找到答案。
