目的探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择2013年6月—2015年6月中国中医科学院广安门医院收治的100例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组给予硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标变化,并比较两组患者心电图改善和心绞痛控制情况。结果观察组心电图改善、心绞痛控制总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组全血黏度、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度及血小板聚集率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度及血小板聚集率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者心绞痛及心电图,并改善了血液流变学指标,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods From June 2013 to June 2015, 100 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted from Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment. On this basis, the control group was given aspirin, and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate and aspirin. The changes of hemorheology indexes before and after treatment in both groups were observed, and the improvement of ECG and the control of angina pectoris in both groups were compared. Results The observation group improved electrocardiogram, total effective rate of angina pectoris control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood reducing viscosity and platelet aggregation rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, Platelet aggregation rate were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Two groups of patients with adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris has definite curative effect, which can effectively improve angina pectoris and electrocardiogram, improve hemorheological indexes and have high safety.
