目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合用药对小儿非感染性腹泻的疗效及血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)表达的影响。方法 110例非感染性腹泻患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组采用口服补液盐补液,口服益生菌颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片进行治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后的疗效、治疗前后血清中IL-6、IL-17水平。结果治疗后,观察组患儿治疗总有效率98.18%明显高于对照组85.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的腹泻停止时间(2.5±1.2)d及住院时间(4.4±1.1)d均明显短于对照组(3.9±1.4)、(6.0±1.6)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿血清中IL-6、IL-17水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿血清中IL-6、IL-17水平(8.11±4.87)、(8.94±3.15)pg/ml均明显低于对照组(10.59±5.73)、(10.97±3.54)pg/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合常规用药,疗效显著,能够明显缩短治疗周期,降低患儿血清中IL-6、IL-17水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of non-infectious diarrhea and the effect of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-17 (IL-17) Methods One hundred and ten children with non-infectious diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 55 cases each. The control group was treated with oral rehydration salt solution and oral probiotics granules. The observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium quadriceps on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of children were compared, the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in serum before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 98.18%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (85.45%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The patients in the observation group had significantly shorter diarrhea stopping time (2.5 ± 1.2) days and hospital stay (4.4 ± 1.1 days) than those in the control group (3.9 ± 1.4) and (6.0 ± 1.6) days, respectively <0.05). Before treatment, the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in serum of the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in serum of the observation group (8.11 ± 4.87 and 8.94 ± 3.15 pg / ml were significantly lower than that of the control group (10.59 ± 5.73) and (10.97 ± 3.54) pg / ml, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Bifidobacterium quadricepsic combined with conventional drugs, the effect was significant, can significantly shorten the treatment cycle, reduce serum IL-6, IL-17 levels, worthy of clinical promotion.
