在当前实施绩效工资制度背景下,中小学教师教学管理问题已引起了社会高度关注。长期以来,中小学教师待遇偏低,但他们绝大多数人遵循教师职业的要求,不辞辛苦地工作着。绩效工资的发放,给中小学教师带来巨大的动力,相当部分教师难以适应,没有管理的创新,就无法应对今天教师队伍中出现的新情况。
Under the current background of performance pay system, the teaching management of primary and secondary school teachers has aroused great concern in the society. For a long time, the treatment of primary and secondary school teachers is low, but most of them follow the teacher’s professional requirements and work tirelessly. The distribution of performance pay gives great motivation to primary and secondary school teachers, and quite a few teachers find it hard to adapt to them. Without management innovation, they can not cope with the new situations that have emerged in the teaching staff today.
