目的:研究加用超短波并雾化吸入川芎嗪治疗支气管哮喘疗效观察。方法:选取30例支气管哮喘患者,分为超短波并川芎嗪雾化吸入组和常规治疗对照组,治疗组给予超短波加川芎嗪雾化吸入治疗。对照组按照《哮喘指南》常规用药。两组患者检测治疗前后肺功能及气道反应性指标。结果:两组患者治疗后用力肺活量占预计值百分数,肺容积气流速度占预计值在分数提高;气道阻力开始上升时的浓度及上升时的容积计量升高,单位容积计量引起的气道阻力变化降低,超短波并川芎嗪雾化吸入治疗组患者上述指标改善更为明显。结论:超短波联合雾化吸入川芎嗪可提高支气管哮喘患者肺通气功能、降低气道高反应性。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of adding shortwave and inhalation of ligustrazine on bronchial asthma. Methods: Thirty patients with bronchial asthma were selected and divided into two groups: the short-wave Ligustrazine inhalation group and the conventional treatment control group. The treatment group was given the short-wave plus ligustrazine inhalation therapy. The control group according to “Asthma Guide” conventional medication. Two groups of patients before and after treatment to detect lung function and airway responsiveness index. Results: After treatment, the forced vital capacity of the two groups accounted for the predicted percentage, and the lung volume airflow rate increased at the predicted value. The airway resistance began to increase when the concentration and volume were increased, the volumetric airway resistance Changes were reduced, ultrashort wave and ligustrazine inhalation therapy group of patients improved more significantly. Conclusion: Ultrashort wave combined with inhalation of Ligustrazine can improve pulmonary ventilation and reduce airway hyperresponsiveness in patients with bronchial asthma.
