深化医药卫生体制改革是党中央、国务院在我国经济发展进入新时期,全面贯彻落实科学发展观、改善民生作出的重大战略决策,是一项十分重大的民生工程。从2009年4月全面启动以来,在党中央、国务院坚强领导下,全国卫生系统充分发挥主力军作用,谋全局、抓改革、促发展,医改近期五项重点改革取得重大进展,广大城乡居民切实得到了改革带来的实惠,为“十二五”时期深化改革奠定了坚实的基础。下一步,我们将在新的历史起点上,锐意进取,不断深化改革,重点突破,
