企业,是社会的重要组成部分。通过生产、销售、服务等经营方式获得利润,实现股东的利益分配,完成价值的创造并且将部分回流的资金再次投入作为二次生产的本金,如此循环,这是当今最常见的企业经营方式。但是,在这种经营过程中,企业的管理者为了缓解内部压力而过度的追求利益,往往会对企业应当承担的社会责任造成了忽略。这种情况看似减少企业不必要的支出实际上对于企业来说是一种无形的损失。所以推行社会责任管理,对企业来说,是实现企业可持续发展的有效途径。
