“观察,观察,再观察。”“此后如要创作,第一须观察……”巴甫洛夫和鲁迅先生不约而同地强调了观察的重要性。观察能力是习作中最重要的基础。但是,学生年级有高低,年龄有大小,智力有差异,性别有不同,爱好也不一致。面对千差万别的情况,如何才能抓住小学生的特点,按照规律办事,去培养小学生的观察力,并使他们逐步得到发展和提高呢?在与学生共同生活的教学实践中,我发现,从师生熟悉的班级生活入手,有的放矢、循序渐进地对学生进行有效引导,有利于学生观察力的提高,进而去引导学生关注校园、家庭、社会,亦能起到举一反三的作用。
