目的比较强直性肌营养不良(myotonic dystrophy,DM)患者与正常人的眼压(intraocular pressure,IOP)和角膜生物学性质,探讨DM患者的低IOP是否和薄角膜有关。方法选取DM患者53眼和正常人对照眼53眼,2组之间年龄、性别无差别。所有眼的IOP及角膜代偿性眼压(IOPcc)均使用ORA新型眼
Objective To compare the intraocular pressure (IOP) and corneal biological characteristics of patients with myotonic dystrophy (DM) and normal subjects and to investigate whether low IOP in DM patients is related to the thin cornea. Methods 53 eyes of DM patients and 53 eyes of normal controls were selected. There was no difference in age and sex between the two groups. All eyes with IOP and corneal compensatory intraocular pressure (IOPcc) use the new ORA eyes
