试验了350余例经病理确诊的各类恶性肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能,其中330例为淋巴细胞转化率(LTR),294例为巨噬细胞吞噬功能,两者均较正常人为低,LTR%48.94±8.08(P<0.001),巨噬细胞吞噬率38.83±9(P<0.001)。继而,还试验了这些患者放射治疗后的细胞免疫功能变化,结果两者均再度下降,TTR%43.10±7.20(P<0.001),巨噬细胞吞噬%35.94±8.60(P<0.001),提示辐射能会在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时损伤正常组织。
The cellular immune function of more than 350 cases of malignant tumors diagnosed by pathology was tested, of which 330 were lymphatic transformation (LTR) and 294 were macrophage phagocytosis, both of which were lower than normal people, LTR% 48.94±8.08 (P<0.001), the macrophage phagocytosis rate was 38.83±9 (P<0.001). Subsequently, the cellular immune function changes in these patients after radiotherapy were also tested. The results were both decreased again. The TTR% was 43.10±7.20 (P<0.001) and the macrophage phagocytosis was 35.94±8.60 (P<0.001). Can damage normal tissues while killing tumor cells.
