我厂在加工一种摩托车变速凸轮时,遇到了圆柱凸轮线槽的加工问题。如果应用一般铣床通用附件来进行加工,生产效率相当低,制件质量难以保证和稳定。后来通过对工件上的圆柱凸轮槽线的分析,有针对性地设计和制造了一项简易夹具,从而解决了对圆柱凸轮槽线的铣削加工问题,工件生产效率、槽线质量、相关位置等项技术要求,都得到了较圆满的解决。现具体介绍如下。一、工件凸轮线槽特点图1是所要加工的变速凸轮图(该图仅仅标注了
