高尔纯(原广电总局剧本中心副主任):看完《一号目标》,我有三个没想到。第一没有想到:表现重大革命历史题材的作品可以用谍战片的样式来呈现。影片一开始,周恩来就处于危机四伏的环境当中,悬念迭起、险象环生、扣人心弦。周恩来成为谍战的中心人物,敌人紧盯的一号目标,这样的处理方法在过去的重大革命历史题材电影里是没有见过的。第二没有想到:谍战片引人入胜的魅力可以不靠频繁杀人的恐怖血腥镜头来实现,而是完全靠险象环生
