在教学过程中,由于教师自身存在的差异性,语文教学能力也随之出现了个性化发展趋势。对于语文教学能力的个性化发展问题,我们应该注意以下四点:一.语文教学能力的个性化符合教育发展规律和学生认知规律;二.突出语文开放性,将个性化转变为有特色的优势教学;三.突出语文开放性,将个性化转变为有特色的优势教学;四.规范教学,对语文教学能力的个性化发展进行节制和引导。
