飞行员飞行期间体力消耗大,各种营养素需求多,冬季是蔬菜供应淡季,对此期间飞行员的膳食供应应特别重视。笔者于1999年11月对航空兵某部进行膳食营养调查。现将结果报告如下。 1 对象与方法 1.1对象某部27名男性歼击机飞行员,年龄23~42岁,平均30岁。身高1.65~1.78 m,平均1.73 m。体重60~92 kg,平均72.2kg。平均每人每日飞行2 h 10 min。 1.2调查方法连续调查3个飞行日。用称量法计
