运用Ubbelohde式粘度计测定PBO/MSA和PBOT/MSA溶液的粘度,采用稀释外推法对溶液浓度和粘度的关系进行了分析。结果发现,当溶液浓度极低时,出现溶液粘度随浓度降低而增大的反常行为。通过实验研究,排除了粘度计和临界接触浓度的影响导致PBZs聚合物的极稀浓度区异常行为的可能性;同时通过加入不同浓度外加盐的方法,证明了可用半刚性聚电解质模型合理解释PBZs聚合物溶液极稀浓度区的异常行为。为了避免极稀溶液区出现反常现象,保证PBZs聚合物特性粘数测量的准确性,应尽量保证溶液的ηr=1.2~2.0。
The viscosity of PBO / MSA and PBOT / MSA solutions was measured by Ubbelohde viscometer. The relationship between solution concentration and viscosity was analyzed by dilution extrapolation. As a result, it was found that when the solution concentration is extremely low, an abnormal behavior occurs in which the viscosity of the solution increases as the concentration decreases. Through the experimental study, the possibility of viscosimeter and critical contact concentration was excluded, which led to the abnormal behavior of extremely dilute concentration zone of PBZs polymer. At the same time, by adding salt with different concentrations, it was proved that PBZs could be reasonably explained by semi-rigid polyelectrolyte model Abnormal behavior of polymer solution in very dilute concentration area. In order to avoid anomalous phenomena in the very dilute solution area and to ensure the accuracy of measuring the intrinsic viscosity of the PBZs polymer, it is necessary to ensure that the solution ηr = 1.2 ~ 2.0.
