改革开放以来,随着市场经济的不断发展和完善,我国国有企业在人力资源管理方面的问题不断暴露,本文针对部分问题进行了分析并提出了建议性对策。
Since the reform and opening up, with the constant development and improvement of the market economy, the problems of the state-owned enterprises in human resources management have been continuously exposed. This article analyzes some of the problems and puts forward the countermeasures.
