在加垫板对接焊缝的超声波检测中,通常采用在焊缝的双面双侧布置探头进行半波程扫查的方式进行检测。对于钻杆接头与本体连接焊缝的检测,由于只能从单面进行探测,则必须同时进行半波程与全波程扫查,才能检测到整个焊缝截面,但全波程扫查时,不可避免地会出现焊缝余高表面、焊缝底部垫板端角部位的反射信号,常与内部缺陷信号混杂在一起,影响检测人员对缺陷信号的正确识别。针对这一问题,设计加工模拟焊接试板,实验分析了该类结构检测中各种非缺陷信号的来源和反射波的特征,得出了这些信号的识别方法。

The identification methods of these signals are obtained.
