汽车尾气排放是温室气体产生的主要来源,为积极响应国家低碳节能、绿色出行的号召,一些公路客运公司提出将燃油客车改装为CNG(compressed natural gas)燃气客车的发展战略。基于公路客运单车运营收益分割明晰的特点,对河南南阳宛运集团车牌号为豫R98101的燃油客车2012年8月份的统计数据进行了分析,在此基础上建立了公路客车运营收益的系统动力学(system dynamic,SD)模型,并进行了仿真分析,从运营收益的角度研究比较了燃油客车改装为燃气客车的可行性。结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,燃气客车创造的收益远远超过燃油客车,这为公路客运公司推进“油改气”策略提供了理论基础和实施依据。
In order to actively respond to the national call for low-carbon energy-saving and green travel, some road passenger transport companies have proposed the development strategy of converting fuel buses into compressed natural gas (CNG) passenger cars. Based on the clear division of revenue from the operation of road passenger transport, the statistical data of August 2012 fuel railroad bus with license plate number of Henan R98101 of Henan Nanyang Wan Yun Group was analyzed. On this basis, the system dynamics of highway bus operation revenue was established (system dynamic, SD) model, and the simulation analysis is carried out. From the perspective of operating profit, the feasibility of refitting fuel buses into gas buses is compared and studied. The results show that under other conditions remain unchanged, the revenue generated by gas passenger cars far exceeds that of fuel passenger cars, which provides the theoretical basis and implementation basis for the highway passenger transportation company to promote “oil to gas” policy.
