本文分析了文化整合在医院重组中的内在需要。综述了医院重组中文化整合内容,包括价值观念、经营理念、制度文化、组织机构的整合。介绍了医院重组中文化整合的方法,如在尊重人本性中磨合、在相互宽容中化解冲突、在优化整合手段中完全融合。指出领导者的思维决定了医院重组中文化整合的成败,为此应强化整合意识,提高整合能力。
This article analyzes the internal needs of cultural integration in hospital reorganization. This article reviews the content of cultural integration in hospital reorganization, including the integration of values, business ideas, institutional culture, and organization. The method of cultural integration in hospital reorganization was introduced, such as running in respect of human nature, resolving conflicts in mutual tolerance, and fully integrating in optimizing integration methods. It is pointed out that the leader’s thinking determines the success or failure of cultural integration in the hospital reorganization. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of integration and improve the ability to integrate.
