通过对我国30份常用玉米自交系叶片的保绿性鉴定表明,大部分自交系保绿性一般或较差,筛选出4份保绿性较强的玉米自交系沈3195、沈137、齐319和178。采用40对玉米的SSR引物对30份玉米常用自交系种质进行遗传多样性分析,将30份自交系划分为6个类群,其中,4份保绿性自交系分布在旅大红骨和PB种质群,可用于改良类群内其他材料的保绿性;保绿型自交系沈137、齐319、178来自PB种质,可用来组建保绿群体。
Through the identification of the greening properties of 30 common maize inbred lines in China, it showed that most inbred lines had general or poor green-keeping ability, and 4 maize inbred lines Shen 3195 and Shen 137 , Qi 319 and 178. Genetic diversity of 30 maize inbred lines were analyzed using SSR primers of 40 pairs of maize, and 30 inbred lines were divided into 6 groups. Among them, 4 green - And PB germplasm can be used to improve the green-keeping ability of other materials in the group. The green-type inbred line Shen 137, Qi 319 and 178 from PB germplasm can be used to form green-protecting population.
