目的分析医疗纠纷成因,从医院内部查找诊疗过程中存在的缺陷,探索防范措施。方法采取回顾性研究,对某三甲医院2012年-2014年结案的67例纠纷案例中存在的缺陷进行统计分析。结果医疗纠纷案例存在的缺陷中诊疗过程缺陷47.76%、医患沟通缺陷43.28%、病案书写缺陷17.91%及科室管理和科间协作缺陷8.96%,且往往有多个缺陷并存。结论正确理性的对待医疗纠纷,加强管理,规范诊疗行为,提高沟通能力,做好风险防范,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective To analyze the causes of medical disputes, find out the shortcomings in the process of diagnosis and treatment from within the hospital and explore preventive measures. Methods A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the shortcomings of the 67 cases of dispute settled by a top three hospital from 2012 to 2014. Results The medical malpractice cases had defects of 47.76% in diagnosis and treatment, 43.28% in doctor-patient communication, 17.91% in medical record writing and 8.96% in department management and inter-departmental cooperation, and often had many defects coexisting. Conclusion Correct and rational treatment of medical disputes, strengthen management, standardize the diagnosis and treatment behavior, improve communication skills, risk prevention and reduce medical disputes.
