红薯分生组织培养已经完成。通过分生组织培养能脱除红薯病毒获得无毒植株。脱毒苗比带毒苗能增产20%左右。离体保存种质资源的限制生长培养基也已研究。补加适量叶酸与甘露醇到MS基本培养基中对限制生长延长保存期是必需的,同时还应配合最适保存温度(16~20℃)下保存,已取得保存一年以上效果。最后提出了红薯无毒苗生产、利用和种质资源保存程序和建议。
Sweet potato meristem culture has been completed. Removal of sweet potato virus by meristematic culture to obtain non-toxic plants. Virus-free vaccine can increase the yield of about 20%. Restricted growth media for in vitro conservation of germplasm has also been studied. Supplementation of folic acid and mannitol into MS basal medium is essential to prolong the shelf-life of the plant, and should be stored at the optimum storage temperature (16-20 ℃) for more than one year. Finally, the program and suggestion on the production, utilization and germplasm conservation of sweet potato seedlings are put forward.
