水中大肠杆菌生长状况可作为环境污染的毒理学监测方法之一,Anugwelem与Guthire(1982)曾用平皿计数法研究了不同浓度的西维因对水中大肠杆菌计数的影响。本实验研究目的是观察水体中不同浓度六价铬对大肠杆菌生长的影响,从一个侧面为地面水六价格最大允许浓度的修订提供依据。
The growth of Escherichia coli in water can be used as one of the toxicological monitoring methods for environmental pollution. Anugwelem and Guthire (1982) used plate counting to study the effects of different concentrations of cisplatin on E. coli counts in water. The purpose of this experiment was to observe the effect of different concentrations of hexavalent chromium in water on the growth of Escherichia coli and to provide a basis for the revision of the maximum allowable concentration of hexavalent of surface water from one aspect.
